She arrived with a nervous laugh and tried to mask it with casual talks of getting lost on the way. As soon as I noticed her apprehension, I started chatting about everyday things, how were her kids, who she left her littlest one with– and the nervousness seemed to slowly fade as we talked in the way two friends talk over afternoon coffee and cake. Rebecca wanted to get out of her shell and give her husband what will no doubt be one of the best early Valentine’s Day presents he has received, and she did it with such grace, class, and style.
Rebecca, thanks so much for being such a wonderful person to spend a morning with, talking, laughing, and “shooting” the breeze :)
