I am blessed.
I get to wake up every day next to my best friend for life, my husband Christopher, who is my sanity, my laughter, my love.
I also have the privilege of being a momma to two amazing boys, who are my never ending joy and well of laughter.
I am a daughter to the best parents in the world, a sister to three siblings that I’d lay down my life for, a niece and goddaughter to my aunt who I can easily call my second mom, a friend to the most awesome people I’m lucky to be able to call friends, and come from an incredibly big family who’s loudness, spontaneousness, and LOVE make me feel like the luckiest girl on God’s beautiful earth.
But after all of this, after all this immense luxury of love and friendship and treasure, I am lucky even more to be able to do what I love for a living! I can’t tell you how much I LOVE holding the camera to my face, look through that viewfinder and being able to capture those precious moments for you. I am so honored by the privilege my clients give me, to trust me to take their priceless memories and freeze it in time.
I am truly, truly blessed.

All the success I’ve had since venturing into my career as a professional photographer has been so amazing, and I owe it all to God’s good blessings, and of course to my clients, family, and friends, whom without their patronage and support, this wouldn’t have all been possible!

Oh, and for those who aren’t familiar with the the background of my first name and my logo.…
Lorelei is derived from a German folktale about a mermaid who lured ship navigators to their dooms with their alluring singing, much as the ancient Greek Sirens did. Now, I’d rather not be affiliated with murderous mermaids, but I do love music and singing my lungs out, so I guess we’ll just forget about the morbid part of the story. :P
